“You are authenticated as a UTSA affiliate, but not eligible for access.” What does that mean?
Answer
This message usually means that a student is not currently registered for classes, or that faculty and staff no longer have appointments in PeopleSoft.
Once a student registers, they should receive online access again within 48 hours. Faculty and staff should speak with their departments/offices to update their status in PeopleSoft.
