Yes. We have print copies in the UTSA Special Collections on the 4th Floor of the John Peace Library:

Cole's cross reference directory: San Antonio, Texas
Older: UTSA Special Collections, 4th Floor (1973-2011) A current copy is available as a reference book. Ask the JPL Front Desk for assistance if you need a current copy.

Worley’s San Antonio (Texas) City Directory (1936 -1957 - with gaps)

We also have older versions of Worley's (1861-1935) on microfilm in the 4th floor Current Periodicals Room.
