Q. Do you have a microfilm reader?

And can I digitize my microfilm?

Answer

UTSA Libraries has microform readers that can be used with microfiche and microfilm records. Patrons affiliated with UTSA can log into the computer attached to the reader with their ABC123 and passphrase; guests may obtain log-in credentials from the service desk. Once logged in, you will be able to save PDF versions of microform documents.

Information on operating the reader and returning microform material is located next to the computer.

**PLEASE NOTE: Due to construction in the JPL Multimedia Center, the microform reader has been temporarily relocated beneath the grand staircase on the second floor of the JPL.

The Downtown Library's microform reader is located near the printer, close to the study rooms. Microform spools must be checked out from the Front Desk.
