Q. Can I print in black and white from a color printer?

Answer

No, you are not able to change the default settings on the printers. If you want to pay for black and white prints, you will have to retrieve your prints from a black and white printer.

The Office of Information technology (OIT) decides which printers use color. You can speak with OIT desk staff on the 2nd floor of the John Peace Library, at the Downtown Library, or the Business Building Computer Lab for more information.

OIT Connect can also offer help at (210) 458-5555.
