Q. Does the library have popular magazines? Can I check them out?
Many popular magazines are available online through library databases. Search for these using the JOURNAL TITLES link on the library homepage (left-hand side). Enter the name of the magazine in the search bar, or browse by subject. If the library has access, you will see a list of databases that have the magazine and for what years.
There are print copies of some popular and general magazines at the John Peace and Downtown Libraries. Some older or historic magazines may be on microfilm. Search for these through Print Catalog, using the journal title limiter link provided below.
Magazines on the 3th floor of the JPL are non-circulating, which means they are only available to use in the library. There are the scanners on the 2nd floor if you need to scan an article.
